Política de privacidad
1. Quién es el responsable
El responsable del tratamiento de tus datos es Anbizar (ANBIZAR SOLUTIONS, S.L., NIF B22797245, Ronda de Ambeles 18, 44001 Teruel, España). Para cualquier asunto de privacidad, escríbenos a eneko@anbizar.com.
2. Qué datos tratamos y para qué
Estrella Cove es un juego que no te pide registrarte ni ningún dato personal. Para que funcione tratamos solo esto:
- Un identificador de jugador aleatorio que la app crea la primera vez que la abres y guarda en tu dispositivo. No contiene tu nombre ni ningún dato tuyo; sirve para que el servidor sepa qué partida es la tuya.
- Tu partida: el estado del tablero, tu progreso en la historia, tus monedas, gemas, energía y reformas. Se guarda en nuestro servidor para que no la pierdas y para que las reglas del juego sean justas (el servidor valida cada jugada).
- Datos de uso del juego: qué haces dentro del juego (por ejemplo, fusionar un objeto, completar un pedido o un capítulo, quedarte sin energía, abrir la tienda), con la hora y un identificador de sesión aleatorio. Los usamos de forma agregada para saber si el juego se entiende, dónde se atasca la gente y qué mejorar.
- Tu dirección IP, que cualquier conexión a internet necesita. Nuestro servidor no la guarda en sus ficheros; puede quedar temporalmente en los registros técnicos de nuestro proveedor de alojamiento o de red por motivos de seguridad.
El idioma que eliges se guarda solo en tu dispositivo.
No tratamos tu nombre, correo, ubicación, contactos, fotos ni el identificador de publicidad de tu dispositivo, y no vendemos tus datos.
3. Servicios de terceros
Hoy el juego no incluye servicios de terceros de analítica, publicidad ni pagos.
3.A Google Firebase. Usamos Google Analytics for Firebase y Firebase Crashlytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) para medir el uso del juego y diagnosticar fallos. Estos servicios tratan identificadores de instalación, datos de uso, información del dispositivo y de fallos, y la dirección IP. Más información: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
4. Con quién compartimos datos
No cedemos tus datos a terceros. Los tratan por cuenta nuestra únicamente nuestros proveedores técnicos (alojamiento del servidor y red), con contrato de encargado del tratamiento. Hoy: Amazon Web Services (servidores) y Google (Firebase, medición y fallos). Solo los comunicaríamos a autoridades si una ley nos obliga.
5. Base jurídica
- Identificador de jugador y partida: ejecución del servicio que pides al jugar (art. 6.1.b del RGPD).
- Datos de uso del juego: nuestro interés legítimo en mantener y mejorar el juego (art. 6.1.f del RGPD), con datos seudónimos, sin perfiles publicitarios y sin cederlos a terceros.
- Anuncios personalizados (cuando los haya): tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a del RGPD).
6. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
- Partida e identificador: mientras juegues. Si no abres el juego durante 24 meses, la borramos.
- Datos de uso: como máximo 14 meses; después se borran o se agregan de forma anónima.
- Datos de compra: lo que exija la normativa fiscal.
7. Tus derechos
Puedes pedir el acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad de tus datos escribiendo a eneko@anbizar.com. Como no tienes cuenta, indícanos tu identificador de jugador (lo encontrarás en los ajustes del juego) para que sepamos qué datos son los tuyos. Si desinstalas el juego, se borran los datos guardados en tu dispositivo; para borrar también tu partida del servidor, escríbenos. Si crees que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos o la autoridad de tu país.
8. Menores
Estrella Cove no está dirigido a menores de 14 años ni recogemos a sabiendas datos suyos. Si eres madre, padre o tutor y crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos, escríbenos y los borraremos.
9. Seguridad y transferencias
Las comunicaciones entre el juego y nuestro servidor van cifradas (HTTPS). Nuestro servidor está en la Unión Europea (Amazon Web Services, Fráncfort). Si en el futuro algún proveedor tratara datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, lo haría con las garantías del RGPD (decisión de adecuación o cláusulas contractuales tipo) y lo indicaríamos aquí.
10. Cambios
Si cambiamos esta política, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es importante, te avisaremos dentro del juego.
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
The controller of your data is Anbizar (ANBIZAR SOLUTIONS, S.L., tax ID B22797245, Ronda de Ambeles 18, 44001 Teruel, Spain). For any privacy matter, write to eneko@anbizar.com.
2. What data we process and why
Estrella Cove does not ask you to sign up or to provide any personal information. To run the game we only process:
- A random player identifier that the app creates the first time you open it and stores on your device. It contains no name or personal detail; it lets our server know which game save is yours.
- Your game save: board state, story progress, coins, gems, energy and renovations. It is stored on our server so you don't lose it and so the game rules stay fair (the server validates every move).
- Gameplay data: what you do in the game (for example merging an item, completing an order or chapter, running out of energy, opening the shop), with a timestamp and a random session identifier. We use it in aggregate to understand whether the game is clear, where players get stuck and what to improve.
- Your IP address, which any internet connection requires. Our server does not store it in its files; it may remain temporarily in the technical logs of our hosting or network provider for security purposes.
The language you choose is stored only on your device.
We do not process your name, email, location, contacts, photos or your device's advertising ID, and we do not sell your data.
3. Third-party services
Today the game does not include any third-party analytics, advertising or payment services.
3.A Google Firebase. We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to measure game usage and diagnose crashes. These services process installation identifiers, usage data, device and crash information, and IP address. More: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
4. Who we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties. Only our technical providers (server hosting and network) process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. Currently: Amazon Web Services (servers) and Google (Firebase, measurement and crashes). We would only disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
5. Legal basis
- Player identifier and game save: performance of the service you request by playing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Gameplay data: our legitimate interest in running and improving the game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), using pseudonymous data, with no advertising profiles and no sharing with third parties.
- Personalised ads (once available): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
6. How long we keep it
- Game save and identifier: while you play. If you don't open the game for 24 months, we delete it.
- Gameplay data: at most 14 months; then deleted or aggregated anonymously.
- Purchase data: as long as tax law requires.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to eneko@anbizar.com. As there is no account, please include your player ID (shown in the game settings) so we can find your data. Uninstalling the game deletes the data stored on your device; to also delete your save from our server, write to us. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local authority.
8. Children
Estrella Cove is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security and transfers
Communication between the game and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Our server is located in the European Union (Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt). If any provider ever processes data outside the European Economic Area, it will do so with GDPR safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses) and we will say so here.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the game.
